Donna Passow began her career in student housing property management in 1990 with a Florida based company Paradigm Properties. She spent 13 years of her career with Paradigm Properties/Collier Companies and advanced over that time from a Property Manager position to Regional Manager overseeing six properties in North/Central Florida. After moving to Atlanta, Georgia she joined Place Properties in June 2003. For Place Properties, Donna was a regional manager for on campus student housing communities totaling 2161 beds. In October 2006 she took on a portfolio of student housing properties in the metro Atlanta and West Georgia regions totaling 1974 beds. In January of 2007 Donna accepted the General Manager position with KSUF Housing Management, LLC. managing the on campus housing for Kennesaw State University located in north metro Atlanta. The portfolio at Kennesaw State University consists of 3046 beds with an additional 451 under construction set to open August 2012. She is experienced in pre-construction development, new construction lease up, rehabilitations, systems implementations, training and relationship building.
